Classes include Sun Salutations, Standing Postures and Seated Postures that will move your hips and spine through all ranges of motion in a way that is mindful and intensional. Build strength, flexibility and balance through inviting sequences with options offered for different levels of practitioners. Leave class feeling energized and grounded both physical and mentally.
