Decked out in headphones and moving to music that no one else can even hear, the yogis in a Sound Off class perform synchronized sun salutations that look like mesmerizing choreography.
Join us for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience you'll only find here with Lindsay Lusignea, Dani Reidy and Dawn Ehman guiding you through this special experience and finishing the practice with a guided meditation. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + and music. This is a super special experience, and we can't wait to share it with you.
