This 2-hour masterclass is designed for current yoga practitioners ready to refine, challenge, and evolve their asana practice by returning to what matters most: the foundations. Through disciplined attention to breath, vinyasa, asana, drishti, and internal awareness, you’ll move beyond autopilot and re-engage with the subtle, demanding work that transforms your regular practice into a deeply integrated one.
Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to stay rooted in practice. This immersive workshop includes:
A full 2-hour guided vinyasa masterclass with unique transitions and variations of poses
Pranayama (breathwork) techniques including Ujjayi breathing within movement
Consistent, intentional transitions with breath (vinyasa)
Practice of drishti (focused gaze)
Cultivation of tapas (inner heat, self-discipline) within your flow
Emphasis of of sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) in each asana (pose)
Dhyana (meditation) practice for mental clarity
Space for svadhyaya (self-inquiry and reflection)
WHAT TO EXPECT:
2-hours on the mat including vinyasa practice, pranayama, some stop-and-go demonstration for asana refinement, and closing meditation.
