Finesse Your Flow
A yoga workshop refining vinyasa transitions on your mat
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll refine the art of moving between the poses—the often-overlooked transitions that define a truly fluid vinyasa practice. “Finesse Your Flow” is designed for yoga practitioners who want to elevate their movement quality, bringing greater control, lightness, and intention to every step, jump, and shift of weight.
Rather than rushing from pose to pose, you’ll learn how to inhabit the spaces in between—where strength, coordination, and awareness meet. Together, we’ll break down commonly practiced and commonly challenging transitions, making them more accessible, effective, and rewarding.
This workshop is open to all levels with prior yoga experience, offering layered options so you can meet yourself where you are while being appropriately challenged.
What You Can Expect
Refine the mechanics of movement
Understand the anatomical actions behind transitions to enhance stability, lightness, and energyBuild lightness and control
Develop confidence in stepping, hopping, and floating with greater precision and ease.Smooth out foundational flows
Dial in transitions within Sun Salutations—moving into chaturanga, rolling over the toes, and syncing breath with movement.Move seamlessly between poses
Practice transitioning from two-footed to one-footed shapes (like crescent lunge to warrior III) with the balance freedom and controlExplore arm balance transitions
Learn to enter and exit crow pose, hops, side plank and other arm balances with intention and steadiness.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll move with greater finesse—transforming your vinyasa from a sequence of poses into a continuous, meaningful flow. Expect to leave feeling challenged, accomplished, and inspired with new tools to evolve your practice.
